Abstract

Employee retention is crucial for the success and sustainability of comprehensive specialty hospitals. This research paper aims to explore the strategies employed by comprehensive specialty hospitals to retain their employees, considering multi-dimensional factors. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Comprehensive specialty hospitals will be selected as participants, and HR professionals and hospital administrators will be engaged in the research. The quantitative phase will involve administering a structured survey to assess the strategies used by hospitals for employee retention. The survey will measure factors such as compensation and benefits, professional development opportunities, work-life balance initiatives, employee recognition programs, and organizational culture. The qualitative phase will consist of interviews with key stakeholders to gain deeper insights into the strategies implemented for employee retention. The interviews will explore topics such as leadership practices, employee engagement initiatives, communication channels, and performance feedback mechanisms. Data analysis will involve quantitative methods, including descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, to examine the relationships between the retention strategies and employee satisfaction. The qualitative data will be thematically analyzed to identify common themes and patterns related to employee retention strategies. The findings will provide insights into the multi-dimensional strategies employed by comprehensive specialty hospitals to retain their employees. This knowledge can guide hospital administrators and HR professionals in developing effective retention programs, enhancing employee satisfaction, and creating a supportive work environment.
