Abstract

This research paper aims to investigate the peculiarities of human resource management (HRM) in multinational teams. With the increasing globalization of businesses, multinational teams have become prevalent in organizations, bringing together individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and different countries. Managing such teams poses unique challenges for HRM practices, including communication barriers, cross-cultural conflicts, and coordination difficulties. This study adopts a comparative approach by examining the HRM practices in multinational teams across different industries and geographical locations. The research methodology includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews with HR managers, surveys with team members, and analysis of HRM policies and practices. The findings of this study will provide insights into the specific challenges faced by HRM in multinational teams and identify effective strategies for managing and motivating diverse teams. The results will be valuable for HR managers and organizational leaders in enhancing team collaboration, promoting cultural sensitivity, and improving overall team performance in multinational settings.
