Abstract

This research paper aims to examine the impact of strategic knowledge management and the Internet of Things (IoT) on Chinese innovation and manufacturing firm's performance. In the era of digital transformation, organizations are increasingly leveraging the power of IoT technologies to enhance their operational efficiency and competitiveness. Additionally, effective knowledge management strategies play a crucial role in fostering innovation and improving firm performance. This study explores the interplay between strategic knowledge management practices and IoT adoption in Chinese innovation and manufacturing firms. The research methodology involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including interviews with senior managers, surveys with employees, and analysis of firm performance indicators. The findings of this study will provide insights into how knowledge management strategies can be integrated with IoT technologies to drive innovation and enhance firm performance in the Chinese context.
