Abstract

This research paper aims to examine the impact of the effective utilization of human resources on shopping center management performance. Human resources play a crucial role in the success of shopping centers, as they are responsible for various tasks such as customer service, facility maintenance, marketing, and operations. This study investigates how the effective utilization of human resources, including proper staffing, training and development programs, employee engagement, and performance management, can positively influence shopping center management performance. The research methodology comprises a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including interviews with shopping center managers, surveys with employees, and analysis of performance metrics. By analyzing the data, this study will provide insights into the specific strategies and practices that lead to effective human resource utilization in shopping centers. The findings will be valuable for shopping center managers and human resource professionals in optimizing their workforce and improving overall management performance, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction, increased footfall, and sustainable growth.
