Abstract

This research paper presents a systematic literature review on the role of knowledge transfer mechanisms in enhancing the performance of manufacturing firms. In today's knowledge-based economy, effective transfer of knowledge within and across organizational boundaries has become critical for firms to stay competitive and innovative. This study aims to identify and synthesize the existing literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various knowledge transfer mechanisms employed by manufacturing firms and their impact on performance outcomes. The research employs a systematic review methodology, involving the identification, selection, and analysis of relevant studies from academic databases, journals, and conference proceedings. The review will include both qualitative and quantitative studies published in the last decade, focusing specifically on the manufacturing sector.
