This article analyses the “Cross Generation Assimilation” in Ruth Prawer Jhabvala’s To Whom She Will. The story is about the love affair between the sophisticated girl and the low caste boy Hari. Their parents did not allow their love because they belong to different castes. The writer clearly shows the Indian people who follow their caste system very strictly till now and also in this novel few characters follow the western culture. They know the culture because they are attached to the Britishers, whom they want to marry. Because when they marry the low caste people, they did not get the right status from their caste people. Jhabvala presents in the novel, the current situation of our country who follow their blind tradition which spoils their children in the future.
