Abstract

In the article, the main goal of civil institutions in ensuring social justice is to systematize society's relations and solve justice problems. In it, great attention is paid to laws, relationships and the relationship of the justice system in solving problems. The functions of social justice are to systematize the relations of the average society, to help the economic, political, historical and legal conditions of the society, to increase scientific opinions and experiences for the development of the justice system, to pay great attention to the relations shown in solving problems and to improve the society's relations. It is explained that it consists of regulating relations.
