Abstract

Human resources are critical to completing the mission. The only resources that cannot be imitated are human resources, such as feelings, reason, abilities, desires, knowledge and skills. Without adequate human resources, the company will experience problems in its operations. To achieve organizational goals, one component that is important and must be considered is human resources. This is because human resources participate in and control company activities. As the pace of scientific development increases, quality human resources are needed. Currently, human resources have a very important role in various fields. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work culture on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The respondents in this research were 36 employees of Pegadaian Boulevard Kelapa Gading Branch. The technique used to analyze the data in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis, leadership and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an overall influence of 37.1%.
